• You can return your item within 30 days of purchase.

  • All itmes must be returned with a valid invoice, in its orgional packaging, unsused and in a resellable condition.


  • Log in to your account and complete the Returns form.

  • If you do not have an account please complete the return form found on our Contact Us page.

  • Goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.

  • You will be responsible for returning the goods to us.

  • If you would like to exchange your item please follow our returns procedure and place a new order online for the product you would like.


  • Once we have received your returned parcel we aim to fulfil your request within 5-7 working days. You will be notified via email and or via your returns request in your account at each stage of the returns process.


  • Over the festive period, we know you might need a little longer to return your items so from November 1st up until January 14th you can return your items to us by post for a refund.

  • Items returned to us must be in a resalable condition with a valid proof of purchase from This can either be the order number or purchasers registered email address.
